The company was advised that, on 07 August 2006, the Persons Discharging
Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company
at a purchase price of £3.90 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing
Employee Share Ownership Scheme which has been approved by the Inland Revenue.
