Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company has been advised that, on 20^th December 2013, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below were awarded Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £3.32 per Ordinary Share as Dividend Shares.

The Company has been further advised that, on 6^th January 2014, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £3.53 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
