awards of Ordinary shares in the Company as follows:

Plan, which was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on
14 December 2007. The price payable to acquire the shares when the awards vest
is zero.  The price used to calculate the number of shares in each award was
£3.25 per share.
