Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in
the Company at a purchase price of £3.65 per Ordinary Share through a Profit
Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme which has been approved by the Inland
Revenue.  Their previous and current shareholdings, including those held by
