The Company was advised yesterday that on the dates shown the Persons
Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in
the Company at a purchase price of £1.55 per Share through the exercise of
options held under the M J Gleeson Executive Share Option Scheme.

The shares were subsequently sold on the same day as their respective date of
exercise at the market price shown.
