Notification of Transactions by Directors


The Company was advised yesterday that, on 2 July 2007, Dermot Gleeson,
Non-executive Chairman, acquired 114 Ordinary shares at a price of 401.39p per
share by way of a routine reinvestment of the dividend paid on the shares held
in his PEP and Mini ISA.  Following this transaction, Dermot Gleeson owns
950,692 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.82% of issued Ordinary
share capital.
