Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management
Responsibilities ('PDMRs')


The Company was advised yesterday that, on 5 April 2007, the Directors and
Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary
shares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.17 per Ordinary Share through a
Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the 'Scheme') which has been
approved by the Inland Revenue.  Their previous and current shareholdings,
including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:

The Company was also advised on 27 March that on 26 March 2007 Dermot Gleeson,
Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 419 Ordinary shares at a price of 413.84p per
share by way of a routine reinvestment of the dividend paid on the shares held
in his PEP and Mini ISA.  Following this transaction, Dermot Gleeson owns
950,578 Ordinary shares in the Company.
