Gleeson today announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 two copies of
the circular and notice of an extraordinary general meeting which were posted to
shareholders on 12 July 2005, in relation to the proposed management buy-out of
the 'Gleeson Building' division, have been sent to the document viewing facility 
of the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection
between 9am and 5pm on every weekday apart from bank holidays:
