MJ Gleeson Group PLC ('Gleeson' or 'the Company')

Block Listing Applications

The Company has today made a block listing for up to 300,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each, pursuant to the potential exercise of employee share options
under the Executive Share Option Scheme (1991) and the Executive Share Option
Scheme 1997.

Any new ordinary shares issued on exercise of options will rank pari passu
with the Company's existing issued shares.
