The Company advises that an application has been made for 86,250 to be admitted to the Main Market and the Official List.  The application relates to the issue of bonus shares that was announced on 14 December 2010 and 2 November 2011.

The application has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and the shares will be admitted on 19 January 2012.
