The Company announces that it has appointed BDO LLP as  a uditor to the Company for the financial year ending 30 April 2020 , following the resignation of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") and a competitive tender process.  EY has not confirmed any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
