Further to the announcement made on 2 August 2012 and in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6) the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 31 August 2012, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows:

The above figure includes 8,480,086 shares currently held in the Company's employee benefit trust that are excluded from the Company's EPS calculation.
