Investors Site Visits

MITIE Group PLC has arranged site visits for institutional investors and
analysts to take place in Glasgow on 7 February and in London on 13 February.

The aim of these visits is to familiarise investors with the nature of work
undertaken by companies within the Group.  It will also allow them to assess
the calibre of operational management attracted to the business model and
culture of Management Incentive Through Investment Equity.

No price sensitive information will be discussed during the visits that has
not been included in the interim results announcement released on 10 December
2001 or announced through the RNS subsequently.
