Notification of Substantial Shareholding
On 7 February 2001, MITIE received notification that CGNU plc, via its
subsidiary Morley Fund Management Limited, has a notifiable interest of
5,510,365 ordinary shares of 5p each in MITIE, which represents 3.94 per cent.
of the current issued ordinary share capital of MITIE.
