Chairman of the Remuneration Committee appointment

MITIE announces that Crawford Gillies will undertake the role and responsibilities of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for MITIE with effect from 1 November 2013 in place of Terry Morgan who, as previously announced, will step down from his role as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee on 31 October 2013.
