Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons

The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each.

On 19 December 2022 Simon Kirkpatrick exercised 148,913 nil cost share options under the Mitie Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and 577,427 nil cost share options under the Mitie Group plc Conditional Share Plan ("CSP").

The exercise of nil cost options creates a charge to income tax and National Insurance which will be settled from the proceeds of the share sale. Mr Kirkpatrick opted to sell sufficient shares to cover the charge and will retain the remaining shares.

Additionally, on 15 December 2022 Mr Kirkpatrick sold 6,332 shares from an ISA account as part of a process to change ISA provider.
