On 1 February 2017, the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plan acquired ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 199.5 pence per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP') on behalf of Suzanne Baxter.
