MITIE Group PLC ('the Company') - Notification of Transactions of Directors, 
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

MITIE Group PLC announces that Ruby McGregor-Smith, Chief Operating Officer of 
the Company, today exercised options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 
132 pence per share under the MITIE GROUP PLC 2001 Executive Share Option 
Scheme. Mrs McGregor-Smith has also today sold 74,124 Ordinary Shares at a price 
of 237.5 pence per share.

Following the above exercise of options and sale of shares, Mrs McGregor-Smith 
now holds 88,012 Ordinary Shares in the Company, being 0.28% of the issued share 
capital.
