Director Declaration

 

Further to the announcement made on 10 October 2016 regarding the appointment of Mr Phil Bentley to its Board with effect from 1 November 2016 and as Chief Executive with effect from 12 December 2016, Mitie now confirms the following details pursuant to LR 9.6.13R:
 

Phil Bentley was the Group Chief Executive Officer and director of Cable & Wireless Communications Plc from January 2014 to May 2016, until its sale to Liberty Global in 2016.  From 2007-2013 he was Managing Director of British Gas and was on the Board at Centrica plc from 2000 to 2013, having held the roles of Group Finance Director (2000-2004) and Managing Director, Europe (2004-2007).  He was a non-executive director of IMI plc from October 2012 to December 2014.

 

It is confirmed that there are no further details to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R.
