Change of Registered Office
MITIE is relocating six of its Scottish based subsidiary companies to shared
premises in Glasgow as part of its drive to develop closer, inter-company,
working relationships. As a consequence, it will no longer be occupying the
premises at Dovehill Farm, 180 Riverford Road, Glasgow. With effect from 20
June 2003, the Registered Office of MITIE will therefore move to 35 Duchess
Road, Rutherglen, Glasgow G73 1AU. MITIE's Head Office remains The Stable
Block, Barley Wood, Wrington, Bristol BS40 5SA.
