Appointment of Joint Corporate Brokers

Mitie Group plc ("Mitie" or the "Group") (LSE: MTO), the UK's leading facilities transformation company, announces that it has appointed Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited and Goldman Sachs International as Joint Corporate Brokers to work alongside Peel Hunt LLP with immediate effect.

Goldman Sachs International has also been appointed as Financial Adviser to work alongside Lazard & Co, Limited.
