TREASURY SHARES

The Company holds a balance of 55,360 Mitchells & Butlers ordinary shares as treasury shares following the exercise of savings related options over 2,831 shares at prices ranging between 169p and 258.5p per share. 

As a result of the above, the number of shares in issue, excluding shares held in treasury is 404,833,943 ordinary shares.
