                              Directors' Interests


Executive Share Options

The Executive Directors of the Company, Tim Clarke, Karim Naffah, Mike Bramley
and Tony Hughes, today increased their holdings in the Company's shares through
the exercise of Executive Share Options.

The Executive Directors sold only sufficient of the shares under option, in
order to finance the costs of exercise, including the resultant tax and National
Insurance liabilities arising on exercise.
