Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 500,000 Ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company.

The shares will be issued under the following shares schemes:

Mitchells & Butlers Sharesave Plan

Mitchells & Butlers Executive Share Option Plan

Mitchells & Butlers Performance Restricted Share Plan and

Mitchells & Butlers Short Term Deferred Incentive Plan.
