Trading Statement

e-district.net PLC 13 December 2000 e-district.net plc ('e-district'): December trading update e-district, a leading provider of global interactive entertainment services for the converging new media market, announces that its results for the year ending 31 December 2000 are expected to be in line with market expectations. As anticipated, these figures have been driven by an increased demand for advertising sales during the pre-Christmas period.
