YooMedia is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Company held earlier today, the resolution relating to the proposed acquisition
of the entire issued share capital of GoPlay TV Limited from Columbia Pictures
Corporation Limited, a Sony Pictures Entertainment Company, was unanimously
passed.
