Yoomedia PLC 10 April 2002 April 10, 2002 YooMedia SIGNS EXCLUSIVE LICENCING AGREEMENT WITH TETRIS FOR DIGITAL CABLE SERVICES YooMedia plc, the interactive community entertainment company, announces that it has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with The Tetris Company for the rights to develop and market Tetris(R) interactive games to NTL and Telewest digital TV subscribers. YooMedia will market Tetris(R) as a pay-per-play game. The three-year deal will see the Company launch new Tetris(R) products in the summer. Revenues will be shared between YooMedia and The Tetris Company. Tetris(R), an addictive block-dropping game, has sold over 60 million licensed copies since 1986, making it one of the world's most successful video games in history.
