e-district.net PLC 20 November 2001 20th November 2001 e-district announces interactive TV licensing agreement with ngame e-district.net plc, the interactive TV entertainment company, announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with nGame, a leading developer of multi-player games for new platforms including WAP. Under the terms of the agreement, e-district will exclusively deliver subscription-based versions of two of nGame's most popular games titles, Alien Fish Exchange and Merchant Princes, to Telewest viewers in the UK. Both games are designed to build community and multi-player competition. The agreement with nGame is the first to result from the establishment of e-district's Affiliate Developers Programme earlier this year. This programme is designed to bring quality games titles to interactive TV through partnerships with established games developers and licensors.
