Mirada (AIM: MIRA), a leading provider of integrated software solutions for digital TV operators, broadcasters and streaming platforms, announces that in addition to its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022, it has posted to shareholders notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Both documents are available on the Company's website, www.mirada.tv .

The AGM will be held at the offices of Howard Kennedy LLP at No.1 London Bridge, London SE1 9BG on 26 October 2022 at 12 noon.
