e-district was notified on 14 November 2001 that Clearsearch Limited had
disposed of 22,950,660 ordinary shares, representing 29.9 per cent. of the
company's issued share capital.
Clearsearch Limited remains interested in 2,326,640 shares, representing 3.0
per cent. of the company's issued share capital.
