The Company was informed on 8 December 2004 that on 7 December 2004 Mr. Richard
Blake, a director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the capital of the Company at a price of 21.1p each. Following this acquisition
Mr. Blake has an interest in 30,128 Ordinary Shares representing 0.018 per cent.
of the current issued share capital.
