                   YooMedia plc (the 'Company' or 'YooMedia')

                               Additional Listing

The Company was notified on 11 December 2006 that Platinum Partners Value
Arbitrage Fund LP ('Platinum') have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of
10,894,235 ordinary shares at 1.1015p per share.  The service of the Loan Notice
was in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May
2006.

In addition an employee has served notice of their intention to exercise 10,023
share options at a price of 1p per share option in accordance with the relevant
share option agreement.

Application will be made for 10,904,258 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM
and dealings are expected to commence on 19 December 2006.
