                               Additional Listing


The Company announces that 95,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'New
Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following the exercise of 45,000
share options at an option price of 13.5p per share and the exercise of 50,000
share options at an option price of 1.225p per share. Application has been made
for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is
expected to become effective at 8 a.m. on Tuesday 14 December 2004.
