                               Additional Listing


Further to the announcement released on 12 December 2003 in relation to
YooMedia's acquisition of GoPlay TV Limited, the Company announces that
4,050,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been
issued and allotted, credited as fully paid, in relation to the remaining
satisfaction of the consideration in accordance with the terms of the
acquisition agreement.


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Plc for the New Ordinary
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become

effective at 8am on Thursday 20 January 2005.
