                               Additional Listing

The Company was notified on 24 August 2006 that Highbridge Capital Management,
LLC, have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of 2,453,987 ordinary shares at
1.63p per share. The service of the Loan Notice was in accordance with the terms
of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May 2006.

Application has been made for the ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and
admission is expected to be on 1 September 2006.
