Minoan Group Plc was notified on 28 May 2012 that following a change of investment manager, SF Webb Capital Smaller Companies Growth Fund is now the beneficial holder of 7,437,285 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, which represents 5.92% of the total 125,702,269 Ordinary Shares currently in issue.

In addition, the Company was notified on 29 May 2012 that T1ps Investment management (IOM) Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
