                      APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL PR ADVISER

Minoan, the AIM quoted-leisure resort developer, announces the appointment of
Bishopsgate Communications Ltd. ('Bishopsgate') as its Financial PR adviser,
with immediate effect. Bishopsgate has been appointed to manage the Company's
strong news flow and to increase awareness among private investors, journalists
and private client brokers.

Bishopsgate will work closely with Westport Communications to strengthen
Minoan's brand name and investment profile as it continues to develop the Cavo
Sidero resort. This will be one of the largest resorts of its kind in Europe,
creating an environmentally friendly, year-round holiday and leisure destination
for discerning visitors from across the world.

Project Development

The first phase of Minoan's architectural competition for the master plan of '
Grandes Bay' - Cavo Sidero's first tourism village - has been completed. The
brief focused on the architectural and cultural components of a Cretan village;
the principles of sustainable development; and the need for energy and water
conservation - key criteria for the resort's development.

The Cavo Sidero scheme will comprise five low-density clusters of luxury hotels,
villas, townhouses and apartments, all with access to extensive sports,
entertainment, restaurant and retail amenities.
