                  Raven Capital Inc ('Raven' or 'the Company')

On 19 January 2006 Raven received notification that former director, Mr Richard
Blakesley, sold 3,433,332 ordinary shares of Raven on 18 January 2006, following
which he no longer has an interest in the share capital of the Company.  The
Company understands that these shares were placed with institutional and private
shareholders.
