SWIFT PICKS UPSTREAM
AS ASIA PACIFIC COMMUNICATIONS PARTNER

HONG KONG - 12 September, 2007: SWIFT, the Society for Worldwide Interbank
Financial Telecommunication, has chosen AIM-quoted Upstream as its official
regional communications partner in Asia Pacific, with a focus on key markets
comprising Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Australia and Singapore on a
retainer basis. The appointment followed a competitive pitch by 12 global and
local agencies.

Upstream will provide SWIFT with ongoing strategic and creative advice, drive
regional and local media relations, develop press activities in line with the
SWIFT Business Forums around the region and support various corporate
communications initiatives.

office activity, matched with regional coordination, aligns well with our model
in the region. We also think the Upstream team is a good fit to our team,' said
Rosie Halfhead, SWIFT's head of Global Head of Stakeholder Relations.

Upstream will coordinate SWIFT's regional communications activities in seven
countries via its Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, where SWIFT's Asia
Pacific headquarters is also located.

Upstream will report direct to SWIFT's regional communications team in Hong Kong
as well as work closely with local and regional SWIFT senior management and key
senior executives at SWIFT headquarters in Belgium.
