Midwich Group (AIM: MIDW), a specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market with operations across the UK and Ireland, Continental Europe, Asia Pacific and North America, announces that Stephen Fenby, Group Managing Director has bought 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 320.00 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Stephen Fenby and persons closely associated with him have an interest in 19,425,000 Ordinary Shares .
