Purchase of Own Securities

On 20 June 2014, the Company purchased 196,277 ordinary shares at a price of 270.50p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,273,986 shares in Treasury. Shares will only be re-sold from Treasury at a premium to the Net Asset Value per ordinary share.

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury is 22,589,844.

The above figure (22,589,844) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
