Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC's capital consists of 26,863,830 ordinary shares with voting rights. Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC holds 100,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC is 26,763,830.

The above figure (26,763,830) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
