                            DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING


As a result of a beneficiary of the Trust reaching the age required to obtain
control of 7,500 shares of those held in trust, Mr Richard Burns, a Director of
the Company, now has the following interests:

Beneficial Interest: 160,000 ordinary 25p shares, amounting to 3.18% of the
current shares in issue.

Non Beneficial Interest: 23,900 ordinary 25p shares, amounting to 0.48% of the
current shares in issue.
