Mid Wynd International Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') announces that notification has been received of the following transactions in relation to the shareholding of Mr Russell Napier, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Following the transaction Mr Napier's beneficial interest remains at 157,125 ordinary shares in the Company.
