                                Issue of Equity


The Board announces that, following an award under the Company's SAYE scheme
2,648 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted to certain
members of staff.

Accordingly, application has been made for the 2,648 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on
25 April 2008.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the
Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company
will increase to 40,380,236 ordinary shares.
