Board Change

Michelmersh Brick Holdings Plc (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that Stephen Bellamy has stepped down from his position as non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Stephen for all his efforts and contribution to the business.

Martin Warner, Chairman, commented: "Stephen has provided excellent counsel to the Board during his time with the Company for which we are hugely grateful. We wish him all the best with his future endeavours."
