MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX: MXC) ('MGC Pharma' or 'the Company') wishes to advise that the accompanying notice of "Expiry of Listed Options" is being dispatched to the holders of Listed Options in MGC Pharma.

The Listed Options in the MGC Pharma (ASX: MXCOE) expire at 5:00PM AWST on Tuesday, 31 August 2021, and in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules MGC Pharma is required to provide certain information to options holders regarding the expiring listed options and underlying shares.
