                          Grant of Options

The Company announces that on 22 October 2007 it was agreed to grant
options to employees to subscribe for a total of 2,025,000 new
ordinary shares of 1p each under the Company's Unapproved Share
Options Scheme, exercisable at 40p per share.  The Options are
exercisable after two years.
