For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial Services 
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Huveaux PLC ('Huveaux') is 
required to notify the market of the following:

The total number of ordinary shares of nominal value 10 pence each in issue at 
the date of this announcement is 151,998,453 with each share carrying the right 
to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Huveaux is 151,998,453.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Huveaux under the Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules.
