HUVEAUX PLC ('Huveaux' or 'the Company)

DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS IN SHARES

Huveaux plc received notification yesterday from Schroders Investment Management
Limited dated 22 October 2003 that they have an interest in 8,158,076 ordinary
shares of 10p each in Huveaux, representing 11.416% of the issued ordinary share
capital. The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominee (7,130,436
shares) and Imperial Pensions Nominees Limited (1,027,640 shares).

Huveaux plc also received notification today from Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership dated 22 October 2003 that they have a material interest in
3,972,413 ordinary shares of 10p each in Huveaux, representing 5.558% of the
issued ordinary share capital. The shares are registered in State Street
Nominees Ltd.
